Our Pastors
They were both teenagers when they were reached by Victory Outreach San Francisco with a message of hope in Jesus. Since then, they have devoted their lives to helping others in the urban cities to find victory over their situations. They have since raised 3 children and now are grandparents to 3. It will be almost 10 years that they have joyfully served as senior pastors of Victory Outreach Concord, and over 30 years within Victory Outreach International ministry.
